Each box comes complete with:

• Premium products from haircare brands best used to create each look

How do I pick my skill level?

Members can select their skill level by reviewing the skill chart available here 

When does the subscription money pull each month?

The subscriptions are charged each month on the 1st of each month.

When does the box ship each month?

The HairOnPurpose Box will ships the last week of every month. 

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently, we are only shipping in the US. 

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. PLEASE note that in order to not be billed for the upcoming month, you must cancel before the 14th of the month. For example: If you want to cancel your April Subscription box. You MUST cancel by March 14th at 11:59pm. 

Do you accept refunds?

We do not refund and are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.

There is an issue with my box, how do I report and obtain assistance? 

Please complete this form to report any issue with your HairOnPurpose box. We will respond to all emails within 48  business hour.  Any reports of damage, should be accompanied by photo of the issue.  All reports of a box not received, or with issue must be reported to us within 30 days of shipment.

The HairOnPurpose Box Works in three steps:

1) Choose Your Skill Level

Every month, members select the hair level that best fits their hair skill level :

• Beginner

• Intermediate

• Advanced

At each skill level there are two (2) hair styles pre-selected by the HairOnPurpose team.

2) Receive & Unpack Your Box

Members receive the HairOnPurpose box the first week of every month and guaranteed to have the best products and styling aides needed to create hairstyles.

3) Create Hair Magic

Gain access to step by step instructions both printed and video tutorial link to begin creating hair magic on your favorite girl!
